Limitation of Liability Dyfrent Consulting's liability for any claim related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for such services. Dyfrent Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

Termination The client or Dyfrent Consulting may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid amounts for services rendered up to the date of termination will become due.
